Azek Deck Project

Recently completed Azek Deck Project.  The original painted wood deck was reconstructed to its original 16'X24' size.  The new deck features additional girder supports, Azek decking with hidden fasteners and Tamko vinyl railing system.  Azek decking and railing system carries Lifetime Transferable Warranty providing maintenance free enjoyment for the Homeowners.  They were quite satisfied with final result and Q&R Home Improvements LLC appreciated working with the Homeowners.

Complete Interior Renovation

The New Layout.  This is a challenging project.  Limited interior space, structural changes with the goal of open space.  Loads will be place on the exterior walls using engineered materials combined with creative use of space.

Interior Framing is rough saw 2"x3" on the flat

The goal is to create an open floor plan.

Open floor plan straight back to the new kitchen.

....and from the kitchen straight to the front.

...with a full bathroom off the kitchen

...all new electric, plumbing as well as high efficiency HVAC.

....chimney to be removed and rear entry to kitchen.
