Porch Rebuild / Termite Damage

Porch reconstruction project. Original deck construction was removed with support jacks in place. Jacks where spiked to prevent any lateral thrust as well.  Extensive termite damage was discovered on the rim board as well as sill plates once siding was removed.   All damage had to be removed.  It was recommended to the homeowner to replace the basement windows as well.  Major carpentry needed. Current project completion date pushed back.
